My hope is that leaders will acknowledge “The Fog,” find their spiritual core, and develop their emotional strength.
When I scan the leadership landscape in the U.S. and around the world, it is obvious to me that we are in a leadership crisis.
There is an intricate relationship between leadership, emotion, and spirituality.
My goal is to take my nearly 40 years of adult leadership study as well as experience and begin a quest to unearth the answers to the question of how we navigate, and eventually conquer, this 21st century leadership crisis.
Do the facts determine the stories or do the stories determine which facts we accept as true?
My own experience with learning leadership is it takes time to develop the skill, and continual improvement is a necessity.
